Missouri Standards Property Boundary survey also know as stake surveys were the property corners and property lines are established. FEMA Elevation Certificates that are required to determine if you property is in a FEMA Flood prone area. Topographic surveys that establish spot elevations and contours for design purposes needed by an architect or engineer.

Very well. Work was finished promptly and within the cost estimated. Crews were friendly and careful not to damage anything while working. Drawings were high quality and accurately completed.
Description of Work: Completed a boundary survey of property owned. Located or installed stakes to mark all corners plus stakes to mark future fence lines. Prepared plat drawing of the site showing easements, building lines, etc.
