Mansfield Contracting was excellent to work with. Luke was on time to meetings and he or his Lead would keep me informed or changes or delays. The work started when it was scheduled and the major work was completed quickly. Circumstances beyond the contractors control delayed the project a little but i was made aware of the issues right away. The project only had a few unforseen costs but that possibility was raised up front and cost were kept with in budget. Over all it was an excellent job.

I first met Luke through a mutual friend after we had a hail storm and I needed my roof replaced about 3 years ago. Luke was so easy to work with and a great guy. He made the process simple and in a matter of weeks, my roof was replaced and since that time, I have had no problems with it whatsoever. Fast forward a few years and I had asked Luke to come over and give me an estimate on a complete kitchen, dining room, and family room remodel. I had a 70s kitchen and now have a new modern kitchen thanks to his team. They were easy to work with and also worked well with team I had help me design it. During COVID, my fiancé, who is an anchor for a local news station, started working from home, and every shot was from the new kitchen because it is the most beautiful room in our home. If you are looking for someone who is personable, easy to work with, and talented, Luke is your guy.
