We were very happy with his work. He had very good ratings online. That is what I noticed and I chose him for the job. We thought that the price was worth every penny that we paid. He was very good about meeting his deadlines. He got it done faster than he told us. He said it would be a 4-week project, but he came right in and had it finished before that deadline. He does work out of Kirkwood and we are out in the town and the country. I really would hire him again. If I had a house in Kirkwood that needed renovating, then he would be my first man to go to.

Mike is always a pleasure to work with. I think the quality of work is very good, Mike obviously works with the same sub-contractors as we saw "friends" from our first project back on the second. Mike is incredibly responsive and very cool under fire. I would absolutely reccomend Mike and would use him on other projects.
