 + -1 moreAmazing! Jim went above and beyond the call of duty. I had a tricky situation that no one else would touch, with refinancing my mother's house in my name..and I live out of state. He took care of everything perfectly, and I got a fantastic rate! I am so happy, I had practically given up hope with getting this done, but Jim really came through with flying colors! He was absolutely outstanding, and really knows stuff. He even helped me with things that were outside of his job because he is a truly wonderful person. I highly recommend him. Description of Work: Jim Schnarr IS Madden Mortgage. Over almost 1.5 years Jim worked with us to get a mortgage on a rental property. Burdened by our less than stellar credit rating, Jim nevertheless persevered and got us across the goal line in November. A goodly part of the time it took was that the lender kept moving the goalposts just as it seemed we were about to score. We can't thank him enough for all he did, and will likely be getting his help in refinancing our primary residence in the near future. Kudos on every count Jim.

 + -1 moreMy loan assistant, Jim Schnarr, was fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond normal service. He has simple base prices for each mortgage that he does. Everything was personalized, he came to my home so I didn't have to go to the office and he sent the closer to my house as well - everything was as simple as it could be. I experienced excellent service.
Description of Work: I used this company to refinance my home and I don't recall how much I spent but I do know that there were no hidden fees or added expenses.

Loan closed very quickly from the first time we met until all was done was less than two weeks.Jim is very creative and will help you achieve your goals in this area. This means your loan will start off $2500-3000 less than using any other company.
