They do body shop work, oil change. They do everything. The service was fine. They are fine and nothing stands out particularly. I think they charge too much.

Sales person new nothing about the car. In general very limited knowledge about anything. Failed to point out paint spilled under seat, no big deal but lack of honesty. Promised a full gas tank but drove away nearly empty. Title had wrong mileage and was not signed or dated. Dmv had to call and work out. Lost my check, had to issue a second check, then they found check and cashed without telling me. Overall complete incomptenance and no one apoligized, general attitude was they did not care.

My interaction with them went well. It is easy to make the appointment. The schedule is good for us. They were prompt as far as completing the work and making the car available to us. I would continue to use them in the future.

They car he was interested in had an oil leak, which they continued to claim was not an issue after inspection. They actually took offense when we went for a second opinion. My son had to spend almost $1200 to bring the car up to par.

Their repairs are reliable. I get an accurate estimate of what is needed to be done. They will tell you ahead of time about the work that is necessary to make sure you are ok with the repairs. They are done promptly and they stand behind their work.

They are very ethical and always get me in. They work on my Subaru, Lexus and other cars as well. Their pricing is also very reasonable. The quality of their work is very good and I have been satisfied with their service.

It's always an easy process to get my oil changed at Lou Fusz. I call Brian and usually get an appointment within a couple of days and can wait for the car while the work is done. It's always very quick. Brian is extremely polite, friendly, and helpful.
