+ 0 moreThey are a small company and have a good amount of work. It might take them a few days to call you, but they will for sure. You will be happy you used L.L. Richards.
Description of Work: I have used this company for many years, even before Mr. Keith Tayon was the head of the company. Often when companies change leadership, there is a change in quality. This was not the case for L.L. Richards. I really can't describe all the good work that this company has performed for our family. They have done a house addition for my wife and I, and have done big jobs for the houses of my daughters. The ability to listen to the customer help the company deliver exacting results. Their finish work is excellent. Their employees are very friendly and there is always a good feeling about working with this company. Besides the excellent work, all company employees are very honest and have the highest integrity. I can't recommend this company highly enough. You get what you pay for, and all of my family members have nothing but praise to this company. I wish I could find other tradesmen who were as great.

+ 3 moreProject management, co-ordination and carpentry was provided by L.L. Richards Construction Company. They are expert in remodeling and specialize in older houses. Thus, they were able to maintain the appropriate look of the new bathroom while insuring it was modern. Their work is remarkable clean and precise. The quality of their everyday carpentry is nearly at the standard of fine cabinetry.
Description of Work: The project was to repair a small toilet leak which had led to mold growing under vinyl flooring. The work expanded from a simple project to a substantial remodeling of the bathroom. Specifically, three layers of old flooring had to removed and replaced (ceramic tile was required due to the age of the house and the condition of two layers of previously installed tile under the vinyl floor), replacing plumbing stacks, removal and replacement of sections of wall, placing a new toilet and repainting the bathroom.
