We use subcontractors for specialty work like electrical, plumbing, masonry, etc. The owner of the firm is a also a union carpenter with an advanced degree in engineering. When you renovate with us the owner and our employees handle the coordination of all aspects of the work and we are your one point of contact with any questions you may have along the way. The owner is a hands on employee and can often be found on the job dealing with all aspects of the project. He is readily available by phone or email when it really counts.
