LEON IS A PERFECTIONIST IN A GOOD WAY. HE TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK. HE FIXED A FEW FLAWS I CAUSED WHEN TRYING TO HANG PHOTOS, ART AFTER CERTAIN AREAS WERE PAINTED WITHOUT EXTRA COST. HE CAULKED A FEW AREAS IN THE KITCHEN THAT NEEDED IT WITHOUT BEING ASKED (AGAIN WITHOUT EXTRA COST). OVERALL, LEON'S A GREAT "CUSTOMER ADVOCATE", WHICH I THINK IS RARE IN A HOME-SERVICE PROVIDER. NOTE HE PAINTED ANOTHER AREA FOR US A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, SO THIS MEANS WE WERE WILLING TO REHIRE HIM. I'VE ALSO RECOMMENDED HIM TO A COUPLE OF FRIENDS IN NEED OF INTERIOR PAINTING.
