I've been using them since I moved here, to this house, 35-40 years. The dad was running it and now the daughter. They're nice.

I have been going to them for eleven years. They are very nice, friendly and down to earth people. They do a very good job for me.

They are honest and give you appropriate estimates. There are never any surprises when it comes to these estimates.

Car taken to Leach service for routine maintenance. All work was performed, car was returned clean with coverings on the floor to prevent soiling.

It was excellent. They had my car back on time. They even picked me up and took me home because I only have one car. I appreciate that kind of service. They were also $100 less than the Saturn dealer would have charged.

The A/C always worked right after service but eventually stopped. Each time I brought it in for the A/C, a different part was found to at fault. I got a few other repairs done, as well as a tune-up, but when I took it to another mechanic, he said I needed a tune-up. He showed me spark plugs, for example, that could not have been new. I used to take my car here regularly, and repairs and maintenance were good, but I will no longer take it there for any kind of service. I know and trusted some of the employees, but since I am not sure who is working on my car, I prefer not to take the chance. I also scheduled a day for my car to be fixed, making the necessary arrangements to get rides to and from work, only to return to find that they hadn't had a chance to look at it yet. I brought it in 2 days later with the same result. I got very frustrated scheduling work, especially after having been put aside one day and not having the work done.

The service people were friendly. My message to start the work was not passed on, and therefore my work took two days. Roy took $25 off for the mistake and was very apologetic.

I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH LEACH FOR ELEVEN YEARS, AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THE CARE, AND EFFICIENCY OF THEIR WORK. UNDERSTANDABLY CAR REPAIR ALWAYS SEEMS TOO EXPENSIVE, AND IT NEVER HAPPENS AT A CONVENIENT TIME BUT LEACH HAS ALWAYS ACTED WITH PROFESSIONALISM, AND THE PERSONAL TOUCH.

THEY HAD A TOW TRUCK AT MY PLACE IN AN HOUR TO GET THE REPAIR DONE. THEY DID THE REPAIR WELL.

ON TIME, GOOD ESTIMATE, FAIR PRICE, EXCELLENT SERVICE

THEY'RE VERY GOOD, I GUESS I'M A RETIREE FROM GOODYEAR, THEY JUST ARE REPUTABLE.

IT TOOK TOO LONG TO GET PART IN AND THEY DID NOT LET US KNOW WHEN IT CAME IN.
