Fantastic! Ive always heard nothing but horror stories when it came to getting a mortgage, let alone being a first time home buyer. I, however, found out otherwise. It was one of the easiest things ive done in a long time. Working with Lodell not only made the whole process easier but much faster. Always responded when i had a question at any time. Very knowledgeable and upfront. Took care of almost everything involved except for what little leg work i had to do. Im so happy to say that buying a house was a wonderful experience!
