Carpets were cleaned beautifully.  There were a lot of dog/teenager stains in the basement carpeting and the spots came up very well.   Very professional to work with.  Would recommend them to anyone!

I checked Angies list for carpet cleaners and found LaFrance listed. Saw that they had good references and were not too far from me.I called them, received a quote as to the price of the cleaning. Then, I called a couple of other places but came back to LaFrance, not only because of price (they were all about the same), but more because of the references. I am very happy with the outcome.

John is great to work with! He's incredibly personable and professional. He interacts with his staff well. His staff is just as professional and courteous as he is! They're always punctual, know their job, and ask questions along the way to make sure my needs are met. The quality of the work is very, very good.

I spent around $420 on that work. Their service was really good. Their price was not the lowest but their quality was very good. They were very responsive and follow up. They called me a few days later and found out how it was.

It was great, they did an excellent job. He came out and gave me an estimate, he offered me a coupon special - I didn't have to ask for it. He fit it in his schedule and we got it done when it was supposed to be done. It was great.

When we moved to our house last year, they cleaned our whole house. They were so good. They had their dryers and everything in here. I gave them a time table, because it was between one person moving out, and I move over to get my boxes here, and they were on it. They were going in and out. There were big fans. They came and got it. They coordinated with our real estate agent, because we weren t home, we didn t have everything to live here. They got the real estate agent, but couldn t let them in, because their fans were out. Even their fans were gone, before the boxes arrived. They send me a Christmas card every year! We were wondering whom the beautiful card was from! I haven t done any other business with them, except for that. That s something! They didn t have anything to move. It was all in here. That made it the job easier. It was all open. There was not much furniture in here. The carpets were not that dirty. I didn t know that because all I wanted was the other person s dirt out before we moved into the house. They told me that the carpets were not that dirty, but I knew they had a dog. So I wanted all the carpets clean, because I didn t know where else the dirt might be where I didn t see! They weren t talking much, but they were into their business. They were respectful and efficient.

This is the only carpet cleaner I will use, now. I started with their services about three years ago, and have been very satisfied ever since. I have two cats and two dogs, so I want a company who will do a thorough job, and they definitely do. They also have excellent follow after the service to make sure that I'm happy with it.
