We've been using Cecelia for decades and have always been satisfied. She's prompt, professional, and very reasonable. And she has kept the bugs away. (:-)

Cecilia is fantastic. She's a hoot; she's funny. She is very clear on what she can and can't do. She has recommendations for other people to use for other things that she doesn't do. She doesn't want me to sign up for the service for a long period of time when one or two treatments will do. She's realistic about what can be controlled and what can't, which I like. She doesn't waste my money. She is on time and she follows up. She actually makes my life really easy with my rentals. I just give her the tenant information and she calls and gets it all set up and sends me a bill. I don't have to think about it or meet her there. She suggested it when I first started it because she said it would be easier for me.

I have used them in the past as well. I like their price. Some of the pest control companies want us to sign up a contract or something and that isn't the case with them. Their price is excellent. I would use them again in the future.

They are great. She comes promptly and does a great job. I hardly have any pest control problems now thanks to her. I've been using her for 15-20 years.

I have used the Lady Bug a few times now. She is very friendly and courtious. Shows up on time, doesn't cet to your place and try to sell you extras and is concerned about your pets. Last time she was here, she made sure to put mice traps (lever and poison) in places our dog and cat coul not get.

Freaked out when I found a giant roach in the basement (dead) and then later that evening a live roach under the kitchen sink. Rushed to a home supply store for some roach motels (ick, ick) and placed them around the areas indicated. Also decided to call Lady Bug Pest Control as I previously used them several years ago in an apartment I rented. They have a very eccentric answering machine message which made me laugh. Left a message and received a return call from the owner, Cecilia. Explained issue to Cecilia (two roaches found) and she asked where they were found, etc. Gave all the info. Cecilia explained the service and what she would do and approximately how much it would cost. We have 3 animals (2 dogs and a cat) and I was concerned about spraying in the house with them. She assured me that she would be cautious. I have the impression that she cares about animals. Oh, importantly, with all of the rain we have been having in the STL area she mentioned that she has gained many new clients. Apparently bugs make a bee-line for the houses with all of the wet weather (which I hope explains our roach problem to begin with). I called her on a Wednesday and she sprayed on a Friday (could have done earlier, but I was not available). There have been no bugs in the house since the extermination. I am very pleased by that. The price seemed very reasonable. Had called another local (franchise) company and they wanted me to sign a contract. Uh, no way. Anyway, thanks to Lady Bug Pest Control, I feel so much better about the bug situation (or lack thereof).

They do really good pest control work and they make sure they follow up with you after a few days to make sure the problem has been taken care of. The customer service is really good and I think they take very good care of their customers.
