I initially ordered a Big Deal for gutter cleaning through Kurtz. I contacted them prior to the visit to note that I wanted an estimate for gutter guards at the same time. My gutters were in such bad shape, I ended up getting new gutters and downspouts as well as installation of gutter guards. They were very honest with feedback and worked with me to recycle my old gutters to decrease the overall cost. They were extremely prompt with all communication and scheduling. Kurtz went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. This is the kind of company I am happy to give business to and will most definitely be using Kurtz in the future.

It went very well. I have a two story home – a four family flat that have been converted to 2 townhouses. They were fairly prompt, but only did half of the job. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks, and then they just showed up and finished the job. I didn't like that there was no communication during that time. The final work looked good, however, and I was pleased with it.

For starters, we contacted several companies to get bids to replace our aging gutters, soffits and fascia. The other companies I contacted took days to return my call and weeks to give us a bid. Kurtz Exteriors returned my call that day and came out the next. Their bid was very reasonable for all aluminum soffits, facia and gutters. Because of our recent winter weather, the start day had to be put off a little bit. Very reasonable, given the below zero temps, foot of snow and ice. Kurtz Exteriors kept us in the loop, notifying us of any delay and returning as scheduled on the next day. The quality of the work was excellent. Our home looks like it has had a face lift! Overall, we are very pleased and would definitely recommend them to others and use them for future home improvement projects.

We were very happy with them. Two days after signing the contract they installed the gutters. Everything looks great and it solved our problem with the gutters over flowing.

I had a couple of shingles blow off my roof and needed someone to put them back on. I contacted several companies who said they would set up appointments, send me a proposal and then schedule a time to fix the roof. We're only talking about two or three shingles and already it's going to be a process that takes weeks. When I called Tim, he came right over to check it out and said he'd go get some matching shingles the next day and put them on. He called the next afternoon as promised and came over and put up the shingles. That was all I really wanted! However, while he was up there he replaced some shingles that had previously been replaced that had also blown off. It turned out the guy had only glued on parts of a shingle instead of replacing the whole shingle and had only used caulk instead of also nailing them down. Tim replaced these without me asking and did not charge me extra. I really appreciated that he went the extra mile. I will definitely call him the next time we have any roofing needs or really anything else he does since he was reliable and easy to work with.

Roof damaged after storm and shingles were blown away. Kurtz Exteriors responded when no one else would come on a Saturday evening. His bid was better than others and he provided better grade shingles. I am so happy with his work, I plan on using him to replace my siding. I have recommended this company to other friends who are very pleased with the work

All work was performed in two days with three workers. It was so clean that it was hard to believe that they had torn down the roofs on multi levels of the house and garage. The bank and insurance company was very impressed with not only the quality, but the quantity of work done for the money.
