Doris Kopadt was very friendly and professional. We first met her when she arranged to meet us at a house we had found on a forclosure list that we were interested in. We had lived in our mobile home for 31 yrs and really didn't know anything about buying a house. She was patient nd walked us through every step. We ran into several oppurtunities because HUD owned the house but she jumped through whatever hoops there were from start to finish. She returned all phone calls and kept us informed. It took a little over 2 mos. from start to finish and she was always there for us. She has even checked to see how we are doing since we moved in.

She has been very cooperative whenever we need to see the inside of the home. She helped us by pointing out any problems that needed to be addressed in the house. I feel that she has gone above and beyond for us. Returned phone calls promptly.
