So far our experience with them has been excellent.  They were recommended to us by a contractor so we happened to be lucky.

Representative from this facility was very professional, easy to work with, and price was great.  I would definately recommend them.

We worked with Stan, who, if I recall, also worked with us on our first kitchen remodel 15 years earlier. Stan was a great help, and extremely knowledgeable resource. He guided us through the process from beginning to end, which took almost 10 months. He was very patient, and came to the site numerous times to make sure that we did not make too many mistakes while building out the rooms. We also made several design changes as we went through the process, and in the end, the results were stunning. My hat is off to Stan for all of his diligence and help in keeping us moving forward throughout the process. I highly recommend Kitchen and Bath Design for your kitchen or bath remodel, and Stan made the experience that much more pleasant. Thanks Stan!!!! We love it.

He was really great. We worked with Brenda. She listens to you. We had certain ideas with the documents and she helped us move in the right direction. She gave some great suggestions. They came out to the house and took measurements. It turned out great. Overall it was a pretty good experience. I would use them in the future.

George Votruba is the owner of the company. The work went well overall. I liked everything. The guy is really easy to work with. Personally the owner came out and made sure everything was going well. He came several times. He is really friendly. He is easy to come out if needed. He is willing to do things. He is good. I would use him in the future.

We originally planned the kitchen far before we did it but because the stock market was in bad shape, we waited about a year and then went back to him. He still had all of our design work and file and was very cooperative. He was always available for appointments and on time. He provided an excellent design with things that we would have never thought of and truly made use of the space available. He was very good about coordinating the project by finding the contractors and the suppliers. Most importantly, the contractors and suppliers he did find were all outstanding. He stayed with us until the project was completed and we were more than satisfied with all of his contributions.

During installation of cabinets we found they were too close to a doorway causing an awkward side step to enter kitchen. I consider this poor designing on Hank's part (as well as other design issues) and poor measuring on contractors part. I had to pay an extra $1400 to have the doorway opened to make the design work (I'm very lucky the layout allowed me to be able to do this). I told Hank I expected his company to pay part of the amount. Over a month of me calling Hank & he said his boss offered $200 credit. Told him this was unacceptable & I could talk to his boss. He said he would talk to him again but kept putting me off saying the boss was out of town. I finally called his boss (the owner). He didn't know anything about my situation & quickly offered me the $400 I thought was reasonable. Basically Hank lied to me several times regarding having discussed the issue with his boss. Disappointed the owner brushed off Hank's behavior making excuses for him instead.

HENRY WESELOH WAS MY SALES REPRESENTATIVE. HIS GUIDANCE HELPED ME SELECT ''WHICH'' TOILET. HE ALSO WAS VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING A SELECTION OF VANITY COLOR WHEN HE CAME TO THE HOUSE TO MEASURE. HE PERSONALLY DELIVERED THE PRODUCTS TO MEET THE PLUMBERS INSTALLATION DATE.
