I was very happy. They came on time and they did the work really good and cleaned up after.

I had issues with the professionalism of the crown molding installers. One on run there was a lap joint. It was a sloppy cut and the seam really stands out. Caulking it did not help. I realize that you can't completely hide it but it could've been better. Also, an extra piece (16') was needed beyond what they estimated because the installer made an error in his cuts. Bob was not willing to absorb the cost. Also, one of the installers would put his tools directly on top of an antique cabinet. The bathroom vanity had to have a trim piece cut to match the wall. There was a large gap that I didn't notice right away. It needed an offset cut but a shortcut straight cut was made. I filled it in with spackle and it looks ok now. The bathroom tile floor was installed by Turner and Son and they did a terrific job (I don't have any contact info for them). The base trim in the bathroom was done very well.
I had a hard time getting Bob to return messages and e-mails. I would have to make multiple attempts in order to get a response. The price quoted was ok but in the end, I don't feel I got the value I expected - except for the bathroom floor and base molding.
