Kennelwood Pet Resorts has six locations in St. Louis with over 200 employees company wide. We do not use subcontractors or temporary employees. All employees of Kennelwood have attended a thorough training and safety course to ensure the best possible care of each pet. Each employee is required to refresh their training annually. Kennelwood has been making tails wag since 1974.

So the service provider was very nice and corrected the issues with the line around the house. However, he insisted that the collar tested fine. However, when we put it on the dog, again she started to flinch and tear at it because it was going off constantly away from the fence line--in fact inside our house. He admitted that it wasn't working correctly (this, after a year of us saying as much), and gave us a new collar. So far so good. In summary, I think these folks need to be more responsive, professional and pro-active. If your customer has a concern, take it seriously, ask questions, don't argue that everything is fine. Communicate that a service worker is going to be late; follow-up and see that everything was taken care of. They have far to go on these counts.

Great, dog likes going back which to me means he's not associating it with bad experiences. Grooming services always performed well, we usually opt for the daycamp option so there's playtime during the boarding.

Great service, price was more than we wanted to spend, but probably was worth at least 6x more than the PetConglomerate type of 1x a week training class for $150.

The staff at Kennelwood are outstanding. I went into the O'Fallon location to get a feel for the business as I had never day-boarded a pet before. They were very friendly, gave me a tour of the entire facility and several brochures about their services from grooming to training to pet-person matching services. The facility is small but very clean and well organized for dogs being kenneled. This location in O'Fallon, MO does not offer overnight boarding services, but other Kennelwood locations in the area do. This location has one of the best groomers (Jan) who really loves working with animals. My pug also received training -- which while expensive (approximately $600) was very intensive and extremely effective. I will be taking my second pug for training when he's old enough. Day camp runs $20 per day and includes dog socializing, cuddling, outdoor play, all under close supervision. There is a discount for multi-day purchases. I have recommended the business to coworkers.

I really like this place because they have an area where the dogs can play. My dog loves to go there because of this, and I think that they are great! I think that they charged me between 15 and 20 dollars a night because I sometimes want them to give my dog special treats. They are great!

They are excellent and I really trust them with my dog. They have great activities for the pets and they make sure they get their exercise. I believe they offer very good rate and it seems like they really have lot of fun with the pets.

THE DO A GREAT JOB AT BATHING AND GIVING MY DOG A HAIR CUT. I HAVE NEVER TAKEN MY DOG TO ANOTHER GROOMER SO NOT SURE IF THEIR PRICES ARE COMPARABLE TO OTHER GROOMERS, BUT FROM PHONE CONVERSATIONS WITH OTHER GROOMERS THEY SEEM TO BE CLOSE IN PRICES. THEY LET YOU DROP YOUR DOG OFF AND THEY WILL CALL YOU WHEN THEY ARE DONE. IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC TIME THAT YOU NEED TO GET THE DOG BY THE ACCOMMODATE YOU TO GET IT DONE BY THEN.

ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE CARING, LOVING, AND PROFESSIONAL. I TAKE MY DOGS TO SUE MOORE AND SHE IS WONDERFUL. SHE LOVES MY DOGS LIKE THEY WERE HERS, BUT SHE CAN'T HAVE THEM!
