Overall this was one of our best experiences with a service company. They were able to schedule us quickly because we had a serious leak in the chimney that was causing additional damage to the inside of the house. Everyday they cleaned up after themselves and properly secured there materials, so they were not upsetting to our neighbors. As they got into the project they discovered additional problems that were serious to our health of staying in the house until corrected and were quick to get the repairs done, so that I could move back with our animals. This is a father & son team and they are both very knowledgable on the job that they preform and are very connected with customer service. They came everyday bright and early worked a full day, and returned the following days until the job was complete. When I was not home they would call me right away when something came up on the job so that they didn't have to stop work. On days the weather was questionable they stilll showed up in the morning and worked until the conditions were to much, but would contact me that they would be out once it cleared up and they showed up as promised.
