The salesperson I had was new, which was all my problems. The company is good and has assisted with the problems. Make sure if you do business your salesperson is educated in kitchen/bathroom for your needs before you get your bid. Error on my bid had no expiration date. Then when I called in, they wouldnt honor. I was not happy about that, but paid the difference anyway. The tub was messed up; the wrong one came but they fixed it right away and delivered it and picked up the other one. Another mess up was on the size of one bathroom marble top. This goes back to the new salesperson. It would not have happened if I had someone else. The manager then handled all with me from there, and was overly friendly and assisted to make me happy and resolve all issues.
