There were railroad ties that were broken, and he replaced it with new ones. His name is George, and he is the owner of the company. He was also supposed to do some other minor work, but I think he ran out of time. Hopefully he will come back and do it later. I was happy with the work that he did.

Landscaping
He was very prompt in calling back and showed up when he said he would. He gave us a bid on some landscaping that we will probably hire him for. He gave us a lot of detailed advice with the after care of the sod and we have actually called him again with questions and he was very helpful.
