They were great!  I noticed a terrible odor coming from our vents and upon investigation discovered that the drain in the basement had backed up and flooded a portion of the basement.  I called Beetz plumbing and they had someone out at my home within an hour.  The plumber was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job.  Not only did he find and fix the blockage in our pipe he helped discover a much larger problem with the main line coming to the house.  After the work was finished the staff was very helpful in assisting me with filling out all the paperwork needed to have the county fix the main problem.  I'm extremely satisfied with the company from start to finish!  I would recommend Beetz plumbing to anyone!

They were very good and very responsive. We did take two calls, that part was not so great but that's not the only thing we have done lately. It required a second call to get it scheduled, they were supposed to call and they didn't and so I had to call again and so that part was not good service but the fix itself was very good.

Great, did what they promised on time with no mess.

The company sent a plumber the very next day after I called. He arrived promptly at 8 AM and had everything completed by 12:15 PM. The plumber was courteous, worked hard and did a good job. My issue is with the billing! There was no itemization and just a general description of the labor. The parts alone couldn't have been more than $200.00 (a generous estimate), which means that the company charged me $250 an hour for the labor. That is unacceptable.

The experience was very good and they did a very nice job. They were clean and neat. The price wasn't nearly what I thought it was going to be and it was very reasonable. The responsiveness was excellent and they were right on target in terms of punctuality and professionalism. The very nice young man seemed to be very knowledgeable and very polite. I would continue to use their services.

They were good. They were nice. They came and fixed it. I will call them again. I would recommend them.

The jobs were called in individually over two days. Dave was punctual, and even early on one occasion. Joe Beetz was friendly and answered the telephone in the late evening to schedule service for the next day. Joe's son Bob was also friendly and had Dave at my front door twenty minutes after I called. I am thoroughly impressed.

We had a little lag time at times with Beetz getting back to us prior to the job starting, but Dave was great. His work was neat, and they always showed up when they said they would. We might have to schedule a week or so out, but that's OK with me, because they show up when they say they will and Dave did a really great job.

They were very nice when they came out and they did a very good job. He was very pleasant to work with. The only problem that I had was that he was very expensive.

The price was less than I had expected. He was just charging for time and materials, and it was less than half of what I had expected. I specifically asked for a better plumber because I ask a lot of questions and I expect answers. I am very compliant, but I look up things and I know a little bit about plumbing, so the owner agreed to send a good plumber. The guy came and was very patient. I had to order a toilet because it was in a tight space and the offset was a little unusual. We figured things out together and we called the plumbing supply company of my choice, and Beetz said they would pick up the toilet and bring it over. They were very responsive and got it done neatly. He was pretty neat for a plumber. I am really tough, but they were good and I would recommend them to friends.

His crew stuck with the job from start to finish and didn't leave a mess. They requested my approval once the work was done in each room. They were surprisingly thorough, fast, and neat. Best of all, no water was left anywhere. From the first phone call to the completed work, everything went well.

They are honest and incredibly responsive. They were are at the high end in price in my opinion, but it was worth it because they do awesome work. They are polite and professional and I would recommend them to other people.
