John Wecker Carpet Cleaning

I had a coupon and we needed to have the carpet cleaned. Two people came out.

John was professional, went right to work and was very good at removing spots as well as dirt from each carpet. We were amazed at the results. We will definitely hire him in the future.

I emailed John and he responded immediately. Gave me a quote over the phone for the LR, 3 BR and a long hall. His price was great, less than other quotes. I believe it was his daughters that showed up to do the work. They were prompt and informed us of everything they did. Worked fast and professional. I would recommend them

Cleaned carpet in large basement, bedroom and stairs. Will not use anyone else!

He comes and does our carpet once a year. They do the whole house, stairs and everything. It's a family operation and he has his daughter with him. I'm amazed by the care that they take and they are just very professional. I've had my carpet cleaned by other people and I just feel good about it. I can see that they take their time, they go the extra mile and pick things up if I've forgotten. I try to keep things ready before they get here but I always forget something. They go around and do a real good job. They pick those little plastic papers underneath on their legs. If there is anything that I haven't mentioned, they'll come back and ask if they have to do that. One time I didn't want them to do the whole room because the furniture was big and heavy in that room but he said he will just do the walkway right here where we come into the room and didn't charge me anything extra for that. The carpet wasn't that old to begin with and didn't want that room done but he just cleaned the walkway. They are interested in doing a good job so that's why they keep coming back. I have them come back every year. I feel like they are little expensive but it is better service I have ever received from carpet cleaning. I'm always amazed because he's right on the dot.

After purchasing a house, we realized the carpets needed cleaning. Unfortunately, it was Saturday and the moving company was coming on Tuesday (it's much easier to clean carpets with no furniture around). I left messages with several carpet cleaning companies expecting to hear back on Monday morning. Very quickly, I heard from John Wecker. Mr. Wecker told me his standard rate and asked me about what I needed done. I described the house and he estimated $160 for the service. He also offered to come out on Sunday evening to do the work (as he would be in the area). I accepted. John came on time and promptly finished the work. He said the rooms were bigger than he expected, but he would honor his original estimate. He refused to take more than the $160 originally quoted even though we offered and would have gladly paid more. My carpets look great, and John Wecker went the extra mile to meet my needs and honor his word. I unreservedly recommend John Wecker Carpet Cleaning and plan to use them for any future jobs.

John Wecker was great! He brought his daughter to help and they were working so hard, they were sweating. They moved all the furniture and were able to remove stains that were years old. John and his daughter were very courteous and professional. The price was competitive to past companies I had tried, but John doesn't charge extra for add ons and what not. He says there is only one stage of clean. A week after he cleaned the carpets, he sent us a thank you card. I recommend him to everyone!

I called Mr. Wecker after checking yellow pages and websites (This was prior to my joining Angies List) . I explained we had recently moved to a home with nice carpet but bad pet odor. He explained his services and cost and I scheduled an appointment for the following week. He arrived promptly, reviewed the areas and suggested an additive that he applied for no additional cost. He got right to work , was very professional and courteous and the charge was exactly what he said it would be. I will call Mr. Wecker in the future for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.
