Great! Was hesitant to hire due to other online reviews but this company was very reasonable and easy to work with. Jessica helped with the permits for recently bought home (which didn't yet have clear title) and the two who worked on the home were very professional and helpful. Believe they were son and nephew of the owner which was another plus to give business to a family run local company.

They gave U City the cheapest bid so the price must have been competitive. (U City paid for most of it through their sewer lateral program.) Their work apparently was all adequate and everything is working. The only issue is the uneven surface of the clay-like dirt that was filled in after the work was done - I really don't know if anyone doing this type of work goes to any greater effort to smooth it out. They did spread grass seed extensively but we can't really leave it to grow on such an uneven surface and it is hard to level..

They are very quick with their response. When I call, they are here within the next day or so, depending on the severity of the problem. They call me back right away and schedule an appointment. On one occasion, they came out within an hour because it was a leaking situation. I also get to speak with the actual plumber.

I called a different company originally and this company showed up. When I asked where his company was located in Baldwin he said he showed up because someone peeped him. He gave me an estimate of $350. He came the next morning to do the job and he replaced the whole toilet. He was only supposed to replace the flange. When I gave him my credit card he charged me $521. I told him his estimate was for $350. He stated the $350 was only for labor. No amount has yet been charged to my credit card and the work was completed a month ago. I'm not pleased with the business practices of this company.

THEY WERE EFFICIENT, CLEAN, REASONABLE PRICE.
