Mike Bedwell was the master technician, he was accompanied by 2 co-workers. Their receptionist said they would show up between 1:00 and 2:00 PM. They showed up at 2:00, so I guess they were on time. They pulled the back panel off the safe door, and then were able to determine the correct combination using the dark arts of locksmithing. It took them about a half an hour, and when the tried out the new combination they found that the safe door didn't close smoothly, so they shimmed the hinges on the door free of charge. It took all three of them to take the door off the hinges, and the shim and rehang it. The door weighs over 100 lbs, and the save over 400 lbs. Their receptionist stated that the job would cost $95.00 plus a $10.00 fuel surcharge. Mike only charged me $95.00, and left off the fuel charge. They did a great job, I have to wonder how they can operate that cheaply with 3 guys! I would recommend this company to everyone!
