Jackie Butler was our agent. We were first time home buyers and this was our first experience with a real estate agent. It was extremely difficult to reach her in the evening. Two of our calls to her were never returned and when asked about it Jackie claimed never to have received our messages. Jackie often seemed rushed and frantic. She had difficulty emailing us. Often she would tell us she emailed us and the email would never get to us until it was attempted multiple times. Her price negotiations skills were lacking. "Just offer whatever you feel it is worth," was her advice to us. Very little work was performed in the area of pulling comparison sales. When I told her we wanted to go with another agent she abruptly ended the conversation. She then called me back five minutes later to yell at me and tell me about all of the things we had done wrong. Our experience with her was horrible.
