The job was never finished. Before the job started, I explained to him that the exhaust fan needs to be accessed from the attic, and it’s not something that he can replace right from the bathroom. I also told him that my exhaust intake pipe is different from the supporting pipe size. All I needed him to do was to replace the old one with a new one. He spent a good 2 and a half hours attempting to do the job, and then couldn’t finish it. He broke the parts, and told me he would get new parts.  He left a big hole in my ceiling. I tried getting ahold of him many, many times, but was unable to reach him. He was nice, but he never came to finish the job. He did not charge me for his time spent.
