I picked Interiors By Design based on their advertising in St. Louis magazine, and calling two other firms. Shanna Miller was sent for our first consult (over $300). She is very talent, has an excellent eye for color, tries very hard to stick to your preferred tastes, and is very honest and open with her opinion. We did about 90% of what she recommended on furniture, colors, rugs, lamps, pictures, and accessories, and we love it! Shanna had to take back a piece of furniture, but there was no problem. I gave her my price points on furniture, shopped for accessories with her three times, and returned anything that did not work. She has lots of clients, big and small -- I try not to pester her with little questions and it is better to schedule her a month in advance. She is a very talented designer. Chris and Jennifer (I don't know their titles) are the in-office support staff who handle billing, deliveries, and all other questions. Extremely professional and very thorough!
