Work progressed according to plan and expectations. Not completely satisfied with threshold transitions and one worker marked an antique 6 board chest where he sat resting.

I dealt with the principal of the company. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. The prices charged were reasonable and the quality of the merchandise was first rate. He had an opportunity to sell me additional services, but did not, citing very good reasons why the additional services that I requested were not necessary. This is a company that I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

The price they quoted over the phone was correct,. They did not make any mess with drilling the holes in the wall and did not damage the tile. They used high quality merchandise. They prompt and effiicient with their work. I found them on Angie's List and they stated that they were always in the wrong category.

Ken came to give me a quote on all of the items. He then set a time to get to work. He worked diligently and was very professional. He also told me ways to do things cheaper for future. Such as, if I go buy the item, he will just charge for labor. The basement looks awesome and I am actually having him come do some more things for me when he becomes available. Their normal job is installing safety rails and ramps, but during the winter it is slow.

Ken is great! I called him and said I was moving and needed the cat's house changed to work at the new house. He worked me into his schedule, came and picked it up. Delivered it the day after the move and it's fantastic. Ken always takes pride in his work regardless of whether or not it's a big or small job.

He completed the work during the expected time (it actually ended up taking longer for him to prep my floor than expected, but he did not charge me extra). Everything went completely smoothly on the downstairs and it looks great. There were a few issues with the upstairs (uneven floor & walls, broken toilet, etc.) that led to extra work for him, but Ken made all the fixes to get it taken care of as well as anyone could with my quirky condo. The only thing I wasn't completely happy with is some areas where the grout is chipping b/c the upstairs floor is uneven.

Ken was helpful with the design & suggested finishing touches to blend it in with existing parts of my kitchen. Overall, I think it looks great & he did a nice job with very vague instructions starting out. There are a few things that I might have changed if I could ''rewind'' (i.e., bench is big but I'm using the extra storage; part of my counter pushed one side ''off center'' a little, and may have been incorporated into the design/installation), but I'm probably the only person who would notice those things. Timing-wise, it took a little longer than he initially thought, but that wasn't a problem. Same with the tile he did for me, my quirky condo & sloping floors created challenges that most people don't have to worry about.

Ken was prompt and courteous with all telephone and email communications. He was on time, very polite, and did what he said he would do, in the time he said he would do it. His prices were reasonable and the quality of his work was excellent. I would recommend him to anybody, and plan to use his services again.

I HAD CALLED THREE DIFFERENT HANDYMEN FROM ANGIE'S LIST. ONE NEVER CALLED BACK AND ONE'S PRICE WAS OUT OF LINE FOR THE VARIOUS PROJECTS I NEEDED COMPLETED. THE 3RD WAS HOMEPRO. I RECEIVED 5 PROFESSIONALLY-PREPARED, REASONABLY-PRICED PROPOSALS 2 DAYS FOLLOWING THE JOB SITE APPOINTMENT. THE CAT CONDO WAS THE PRIORITY AND KEN REALIZED THE URGENCY. THE HOUSE FELL APART WHEN IT WAS MOVED DURING PIERING WORK AND MY CATS WERE DRIVING ME CRAZY CAUSE THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY COULD NOT GO OUTSIDE. HE WORKED ON A WEEKEND JUST SO I COULD HAVE IT BY MONDAY. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY FOR ME AND ADDED THINGS I DID NOT EXPECT. THE CONDO IS BEAUTIFUL AS IS HIS WORK AND I NOW HAVE AGAIN 4 VERY HAPPY CATS! THANKS, KEN, FOR THE PROMPT SERVICE.

JOB 1: I HAD PURCHASED THE MATERIAL AND HAD KEN (THE OWNER OF HOMEPRO) INSTALL IT. HE ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER (EVEN CONSIDERING HE HAD TO RETURN SOME OF THE PARTS I BOUGHT TO GET THE CORRECT ONES). JOB 2: MR. OTHER WAS ABLE TO FIT ME INTO HIS SCHEDULE ON AN EMERGENCY BASES AND DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK. THE ABOVE PRICE INCLUDED LABOR AND PARTS.
