About us

For 20 years we have been working on homes in St Louis and have worked on just about all parts of a home over the years. We will do one part of the job or the entire job for you even painting one room at a time for you if that works best for your schedule. We will work with you to help bring your home to reflect the qualities that you want. Since we can do the entire job we can control the quality as well as the scope and know who will be on your job at all times. Any and all subs we use share the same values that we do, that is to give you the experience that makes you proud that you hired us to do your work. We believe in talking thru the job before hand to help eliminate unwanted surprises. We are a smaller shop but we belives that helps us get to know you and know what you are wanting to have done. We do not turn the job over to just anybody to do your work. By not turning the job over to others you do not have to worry about your wishes being lost as the work gets passed down the line thru a variety of workers. We work on both the inside and the outside of your homes so you can be assured that we are looking at the impact of the job we do today and how it will affect the house for a long time.

Went great, walls are ready to paint.
Description of Work: We had a flood in our basement that required drywall repair. We are thrilled that Mark is available to do the work. He is good at anything he does and fair in his pricing.

Mark was an incredible guy to work with. He did everything we wanted him to do and then some. He wasn't just a guy who came in and did what he wanted, but he thought through the process with us while working on an older home.

Description of Work: The contractor wanted $150.00 just to do an estimate, sounds like he is in the business of doing estimates not contracting. He should note in his add that he charges for estimates so we don't wast our time on him.

I am not in the business of estimating but in contracting work. It is work to come up with an estimate that is accurate and complete. The estimate amount would apply to the work if we are awarded the contract. So it them becomes no cost to you. A house built in the 1950's could need a lot of upgrading including things like bathrooms, kitchens, plumbing and wiring and that is just on the interior of the house. There is also a lead base paint issue and the EPA rules to work with when dealing with a house this age. which we are certified to do. Figuring all those things out involves several subcontractors and several hours of research. I like to be paid for my work as do most others. When I am done with an estimate it is accurate and clear as to what is involved with hiring me. For small jobs my estimate would be free. For a larger job involving multiple trades and phases of work I would charge just like a design firm would do. That was explained to the member and I am sorry that he feels that way about using me.

We have often wished that we could avoid to keep Beezo on retainer so hat he would always be available for us. He is creative, professional, considerate and reasonably priced. He is always there on time, keeps the work area clean and works with the home owner on every detail of the project. We highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Mark Bisig/Beezo has installed dropped basement ceiling, a new door, new walls,new windows, new toilet, sink and flooring in our basement. He replaced the plaster ceiling in our dining room after it caved in. He remodeled our master bath including installing tile, shower, jetted tub,shelving and towel bars etc. He painted the exterior of our stucco two story house. He repaired the eaves and repainted them. He once noticed that a tree had fallen on our house when we were out of town and he was involved in a project for us. The tree was blocking our driveway. When we came home the tree was gone and everything was taken care of. This guy is fabulous.

I spent a good amount of money for the service. It was very positive. I was totally happy all around. I like the guy. He is great. He is reliable. He shows up when he is coming. He finishes the job. He is thorough. He is honest. He is great with my kids. I don't worry about anything in my house when he is here. I have used him lots of times. I would probably use him again in the future.
Description of Work: The guy from Home Sweet Home Productions painted and did some carpentry work on my front porch.
