It took 3 people 6 hours to deep clean the entire house, basement included and they did a wonderful job. It was like a whole different house. They washed the baseboards, they cleaned the basement, the floors and everything in between. I am moving and needed a deep clean and they didn't miss anything! They wiped out the cabinets, cleaned my fridge and cleaned both of my full bathrooms. I can't say enough about how nice they were, they kept me informed and did great.

A couple years ago, I realized that I just couldn't keep up with cleaning my home as thoroughly as when I was younger. This really was a problem for me because I knew what needed to be cleaned, but I physically couldn't do it any more and it really bothered me. So, I decided to check into home cleaning services. I got estimates from several companies who advertised in various places, local papers, etc. Some companies would give "estimated" prices by phone but didn't come to the house. When I called H.C.C.A., I got an appointment convenient for me for someone to come out and first, to evaluate what I wanted and second, to explain what services HCCA provided for customers. The Manager (I apologize if I have the title wrong) Theresa, sat down with me and discussed exactly what I wanted. Then we went through the house and she explained, step by step, what services would be done to meet my needs. She also explained what HCCA expected from their teams. The first cleaning took longer because my house really needed a "deep" cleaning. I think it took about 4 hours as 3 ladies worked to clean. They were (and still are) very professional. They didn't waste any time that they were here! When they were finished, I honestly wanted to cry. My house sparkled. The tub, sinks, mirrors, etc., sparkled! I was so happy that they did such an awesome job. They cleaned my house like I could 20 years ago and wished I still could. Needless to say, I was (and still am) very happy! Now, I have my house cleaned every 2 weeks. It only takes about an hour now. My "ladies" are Amy and her "green" team and they are excellent. I don't know if they believe me or not, but after they leave, I sit here (for days) enjoying how my house looks, feels and smells. It's wonderful. Using this cleaning service has taken what was a real burden to me off my shoulders. I can sit back and enjoy my home again. HCCA works with your scheduling during holidays and can help if you need a change in your cleaning schedule once in a while. During this "virus", HCCA has been great. They really work with me. I noticed that they also have done extra sanitizing that is required due to the virus.0 Just so you know, I AM just a regular customer. I am not related to anyone at HCCA, I didn't get paid for my review, I just really believe in sharing my experiences when I use a good company. (I'm not sure what one of the questions asked on the form here meant, but....yes, money was paid; and yes, services were performed when I get the house cleaned, but, not for this review.)

We were having new floors (hardwood and carpeting) installed through 90% of our home while we were out of town for the holidays.  We were stressed about coming home to a mess from the flooring installers and having to clean as well as move in all our furniture before the work week started.  We called a few other cleaning companies and they were all booked because the holiday's are a busy time.  Teresa responded to my inquiry while we were headed out of town and she was a true lifesaver!  She said that she can get a team in to our house a few days before we return and was willing to rearrange her current schedule just to squeeze us in.  Her team did an amazing job making my house look brand new after the flooring installation left a dusty mess.  I should mention that I am extremely OCD about my floors and can spot a crumb from 20 ft. away.  I was expecting them to do a good job but didn't expect them to meet my extreme OCD standards.  I was impressed - I really couldn't find a crumb or speck on any of my floors.

Thank you to Teresa and her team for making my holiday less stressful and for making my home beautiful so I could really enjoy my new floors!

I can't see them after the first cleaning. They did a so-so job on most of the house. One of the reasons why I chose them was that they said they did the kitchen and bathroom floors, the hard floors on their hands and knees. It was a horrible job. They left their vacuum sweeper to the front porch when they left. I called the lady to come back and pick it up. I can see that they haven't even moved the chairs. There were a lot of spots and stuff that I can tell they didn't even touch it. The manager actually got down on her hands and knees and cleaned it up for me. I said there was no way I could have them come back. I was really, really unhappy. It was way higher than I wanted to pay in the first place.

Excellent! The ladies were extremely professional and nice.  They were able to get rid of marks in my bathtub and shower that I previously had unsuccessfully tried to remove.  My house sparkled!  It has NEVER been this clean. I will definitely have them clean my house again, and would absolutely recommend them to others.
