The one we had was 45 years old and it was probably not a good idea to try to have it repaired

We were very pleased with the service. It was completed as promised.

The experience was simple and professional. I brought the machine in, a polite salesperson wrote down the problem and told me the repair would take about a week, I got a phone call a week later that it was ready, and I picked it up.

I took my machine in for a specific problem - machine was not feeding material. I took it in on a Friday. By the next Friday, when I had not heard from them I called and was told they could fix it, (but they never told me exactly what it was) and that it would be about $60.00. I agreed. By the Friday of the next week I finally got a call saying they were finished. I picked it up and everything was great, the material was going through! But I soon noticed now my tension was off, in fact, the first time I tried to use it - the tension was off. I've tried every solution possible and still I cannot get my tension correct. I'm just extremely disappointed that after 2 weeks, a repair, cleaning and checking everything else on my machine (including tension), that now my tension is completely off.
