I received a prompt reply from Mike to set up a mutually agreeable time to see the property. He was on time, answered all of my questions, regarding his qualifications, and experience. He explained what an appraisal involved and what information it would provide to us. I received a thorough report within days. I would recommend his services.

Mike did the work in a timely fashion; he was considerate; and he answered all my questions about the process and what goes into his assessment. He also explained why the SRA after his name matters. The report was very complete and I learned a lot by reading it. I think the appraisal was a very fair assessment based on reading all the calculations, considerations, and comparisons that went into it.
