Heritage Veterinary Hospital

I have been there many times. We didn't schedule this, we just showed up. My biggest dog lacerated his paw and needed stitches. They were great. They got me right into a room. They took very good care of him. I have been using them since 1999. There are several veterinarians. They are all so good. I don't request just one. I am happy to see any of the veterinarians for my dogs. I would give them "A"s across the board for everything.

Great! Dr. McLaughlin performed the surgery. We have been taking our pets to him or Dr. Sanford for over 20 years. We had one cat who had been declawed so when we got this second cat we decided it was only fair to the first cat to have the new one declawed. Dr. McLaughlin did both of these surgeries plus several surgeries on a dog we had. He also neutered our dog and our older cat. All surgeries turned out great. When Dr. Sanford was caring for our very ill dog , she even gave me her home telephone so I could contact her on the week-end if necessary.
Another reason we love Heritage is because of their staff. They are all so caring and helpful.

I have gone to Heritage for 25 years. I would go nowhere else. The vets are experts in their field and have access to all the latest treatments, equipment, and consulting with the vet school at Mizzou. I have full confidence in Dr. Frank McLaughlin and Dr. Kimberly Sanford. Their new facililties are state-of-the-art. The office staff is wonderful.

My experiences there have been very excellent. I feel like the vet really has a passion for what he does. We have several animals, but she's able to take an individualized approach with each one.

I have been using Heritage Veterinary for the health needs of my poodle for just over eight years and like the doctor's attention to the animals the most. He has preformed two major surgeries on my dog in the past. The cost of the last visit included shots.

I have owned dogs for over 30 years and Dr. Sanford is the best veterinarian I have ever used. She is knowledgeable, kind, honest, and very reasonably priced. She never recommends a course of treatment without considering the cost involved. She is just the best, and I would recommend her to anyone!
