"Hi Member, I apologize again for the Helping Hand agent breaking your q-tip holder. This was the first time anything has been broken since we have been in existence. I am truly sorry and i understand that money will not replace it; however, I mailed you a money order the following day as I stated in our conversation on 2/10/2014, and if you did not received the check within a week to let me know. This Review Response was the first of me learning that you had not received the money order. I have contact Western Union on today, April 1,2014, and they confirm that Money Order has not been cashed. Therefore, I have place a stop pay on the money order and I will have a new one reissued to you on April 2, 2014. Please note: if you find the money order, maybe in the middle of your mail dated 2/11/2014, a stop payment has been placed today 4/1/2014. Yes, we had to cancel your first cleaning due to death of the one cleaner's mother, that was assigned to clean your home that day. I sent you the following email and I tried calling you to ensure you were aware of the situation. Helping Hands Cleaning Services2/6/2014 Mrs. Member, I tried calling but we will have to reschedule your cleaning due to the pasting of one of the cleaner's mother. Please let me know the next day your are free for us to come. I truly apologize. Jason Please know, I email or call all of our clients personally, and I strive to have an open communication between the clients and our company. I Thank You for your business."

"Thank you for you review; however, we reached out to you personally via, email and phone calls to ensure the cleaning was done properly and if a more experience cleaner needed to follow up on anything, we have yet to received a response. We never received a response, even with us trying to return your check for the over payment, we had to just mail it to you via U.S. Mail. We at Helping Hand are more than willing to follow up on any of our cleanings. I still extend out to you a free cleaning with one of our more experience cleaners. Here is a note I emailed you on 2/16/2014 Hi Mrs. Member, I have been trying to reach you due to the staff accepting a check for the cleaning service they performed on February 14, 2014. The cleaning service was prepaid for when you purchased the order threw Angie's List. Therefore, I am returning your check to you via U. S. Mail. Thanks Jason, 314-761-0819"

"Hi Member, I am Jason with Helping Hand and wanted to reach out to you concerning your post. First, I would like to Thank You, for signing up with us for a bi-weekly cleaning. I see that you purchased the $75.00 promotion for someone else, and from our understanding from the client you purchased the cleaning for; we were not to go into the basement. Please let me know if this needs to change. We clean whole homes all the time. In references to the number of cleaners, after the first cleaning you all asked us to continue on a bi-weekly cleaning, we notice the need to continue the deep cleaning with two cleaner to ensure it would not be to much for one cleaner on a bi-weekly. We did not charge for the second cleaner after the promotion, due to you all continuing the cleanings bi-weekly. After three deep cleanings, your home should be okay for one cleaner to maintain on a bi-weekly basic. If you feel we will need to have two cleaner, please let me know. Please let me know if there is anything that needs following up on. Please let me know because we strive to be an excellent cleaning company and not a good or great one. Thanks, Jason"
"[member name removed], First and for most, I apologize again for the misunderstanding. After further review, Helping Hands reached out to you on January 27, 2014, confirming and requesting your phone number. We requested your number to confirm your order and to be able to contact you if we were running late from the appointment before. However, we did not receive any other communication from you until today, 2 hours before your appointment time on, February 25, 2014. I take full responsibility for the miscommunication. Communication is one of our company's top priorities. You purchased your order on January 26, 2014, and we responded on January 27, 2014. Every home we have cleaned threw Angie's List or other direct marketing, we give 110%. Please Note: From prior cleanings on Angie's List, we have arrive to empty homes that no one lived in (Creve Coeur area). We have arrived at homes that were clients previous addresses stated on their profiles or they purchased the cleaning for someone else. We have shown up at homes and clients may be runnings late, but these are just some of the reasons why we request phone numbers from our clients to ensure we keep open lines of communication. Once again, I apologize for the misunderstanding."
