They were great and subcontracted a service called GHT Enterprises which was equally great. The floor manager I consulted with at Hanneke was Chris. The entire process was positive.

Not so good. I arrived 40 minutes before they closed. As far as I could tell no other customers were in the store. I asked to have four Plexiglas panels cut to size for me and the cashier directed me to the service desk. The service desk employee told me he was the only guy at the service desk and they were closing. He said he personally would cut the panels for me and have them ready by the next day if I wanted them. He was very little help. He did not tell me there were different thicknesses of Plexiglas. Pulling information out of him was difficult. They next day I got a call from a different guy from Hanneke. He was cutting the panels and wanted to make sure he had the correct measurements. He told me the price would be $8.00. The panels were ready when I went to pick them up that day. However, in the car I noticed one was scratched and had to go back in to get a new one cut. When I arrived home I discovered the panels had not been cut to the size I'd asked for.
