Apartments
The price for the space is better than a lot of places- I have a 2 bedroom townhouse and the rent is 725 a month. Comparatively in our area that is a pretty good rate, but on the downside we have had a few issues with maintence.
The windows are only single pane so they aren?t insulated well and there is a crack in the foundation in the basement that leaks. Our gas appliances were not up to code so the exhaust was venting into our apartment. The laminate tiles, as well as the tile floors in the bathroom, are in disrepair. We have had issues with poor air conditioning circulation and maintenance has been slow in responding to our concerns even though I?ve contacted them more than a few times. Sometimes it?s not even just an issue of slow response, but an issue of no reponse.
