They took it and said that they can fix it in a week?s time. They took 2 weeks to fix it but the same problem appeared, we took it back and they told us they would fix it. After 10 days the lines came back so we had to take it in again. This time the computer was dead in the office for which they took another 10 days. After 3 times we decided that it is not going to work and we wanted to get the money back. When we spoke with them about returning the money, they said that the problem was with Toshiba and for us to get the money from Toshiba. We got in touch with the company; they referred us to another dealer shop in the area with a better rating for the repair. We went back to the earlier shop to get the money back but they refused to pay back. We got in touch with the debit card bank that the payment was made and eventually they were able to return the money, which usually does not happen.

The service was excellent. When the wrong part was received, Guaranteed staff contacted me and kept me apprised of the status. Work was completed quickly and service was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this source for computer repair.
