Contacted company to find out if they performed this service. They said they would send out a rep on Monday at 1:00. He showed up at 10:00 AM (while I was in the process of working with our moving company) and was upset that my husband wasn't there to meet him. He discussed project with my husband over the phone. When we received the bill for the power pole, the price was exorbitant and way over-priced (compared to what other companies charge). In addition, they charged us $38 for a post hole digger (you can get these at a supply store for $25), and we didn't even get to keep the post hole digger! When I contacted billing about this, they said it was standard practice to charge the customer for tools they would use for other customers. If they're an electrical construction company, why didn't they already have this tool, and why am I paying for a brand new one for them to keep and use for other customers?
