Overall the experience was very positive. And the food was incredible, the guests raved about the food for months after. Gregory did a tasting on less than 48 hours notice when another caterer cancelled on our daughter. Our daughter lives out of town and her trips to St. Louis were limited (and expensive). From the first phone call, through the tasting (which was incredible and a lot of fun), to the night of the event we were extremely pleased with the product and service we received. There were two small glitches, they had to make a run for more wine and there was not enough dessert. I would definitely recommend Gregory to anyone and everyone and have done so.Laulo

Chef Gregory and his staff were wonderful to work with and professional in every way. They made the entire planning easy and enjoyable from the tasting menu to the wedding day. The staff was prompt, very efficient, professionally attired, very friendly, courteous and kept me informed throughout the day and evening. The presentation of the food was exceptional and the food was fantastic. The entrees were hot and the salads and cold sides were fresh and crisp. Chef Gregory's services lived up to and exceeded his promises and our expectations.
