They did good work, they came out when they said they would come out, and fished everything up. We didn't have any issues. The work met my expectations.

These guys were pleasant to work with. This was several small repair jobs, all in areas not easily accessed. They were prompt with their estimate, and scheduled the work in a timely manner. They were unable to complete the work on the first day as scheduled, so requested payment only for the completed portion and then returned the next week to finish. Everything went well and all work was satisfactorily completed.

While the work was being performed we discovered that a soil pipe in another area of the roof was leaking and needed a flange and caulk. They agreed to try to get the flange and to contact us again for that repair, but we didn't hear from the company again. Since it seemed that working on a high roof wasn't their favorite sort of job, we haven't contacted them to pursue the soil pipe repair.

Went very well. Price was exact as estimated. Crew showed up on time, were courteous and professional. House is noticeably more comfortable since this work was done, eliminated the cold and hot spots.

Greg actually gave us a bid on this a couple years ago, but it wasn't in the budget that year. He was great about coming back out this year to meet with us and review our options. He really knows heating systems and his crew was fantastic to have in the home. They were pleasant and professional and left everything very clean. The new system is so much nicer than the monster that used to be in our basement. I've also recommended Greg to a neighbor and he has been able to diagnose issues that two other companies have missed. Great, sharp, hard working guy -- he'll be putting in my new a/c in the spring.

The service guy who built the plenum building was not very nice or professional. He seemed to be wasting a lot of time, as cost was based on time (per hour) and cost of parts. When he refilled the system, he ended up breaking the valve which caused a leak. He "fixed" it by putting a cap filled with pipe thread compound on the valve. I asked if some oil should go in with the freon as the condensor was old, and he said no. When done he tried to get me to pay more than estimated, but I told him what I was quoted per hour, and the time he spent, and he called Greg and finally settled on close to the rate quoted. The unit worked fine for about 2 weeks, then the condensor pump froze. The unit was very old, and it may have died due to age, I don't know. I called them back and they replaced the condensor unit. The area for the condensor was tight, and he said he would probably have to move it to a spot about 6 feet along the house where there was enough room at slightly more cost. I said that would be fine. I was out of town during the work, and when I returned, they had put the new unit exactly where the old one was, which basically sits right up against the house and on the edge of the wall of my neighbor's driveway. Also, they did not replace the line set (copper) which was not in very good shape and was supposed to be replaced if the unit was moved to the proper spot. I am sure the placement is not up to code, but so far, may neighbor has not complained. Also, they were not very good about communication during the job, ie: did not return phone calls. Other than that, the A/C is working fine through today 10/14/10. Greg is a nice guy, and the price is usually better than most, but it seems there is no quality control or standards about how the work is done.

Used him for regular bi-annual services for a number of years before moved.

His work is really good. He and his workers are nice, professional people who knew what they were doing. We have used this company s services for years and will continue to use them.

Greg made a special effort to get my furnace replaced as I'd had no A/C for 8 days. He called me over Memorial Day weekend to let me know they would be there on Tuesday at 8:30 to do the replacement. Right at 8:30 on Tuesday, his two men showed up in clean trucks and looking very tidy. By 3:30, I once again had A/C (and heat!). Both men were very polite, withstood all my stupid questions, showed me what I needed to do to change the filter and explained when I would need maintenance. And they tightened a valve that was leaking that had nothing to do with the HVAC, but I sure appreciated it!

As always, this company delivered exactly what was asked. This is a very dependable, professional company.
