About us
At Green Angel Cleaning, we take amazing care of our wonderful housekeepers. In return, they take amazing care of our clients. We have a very low turnover rate for employees which is rare in our industry. Our office will answer the phone during business hours and will return your call if by chance we happen to miss you. Our employees aim for excellence, and you will see that in your cleanings. We recommend weekly and bi-weekly services, but we will also provide every 4 weeks and one-time cleanings.

The business of your home has NOT been discussed with anyone other than your son-in-law who handles the account with Green Angel. We work with him directly so any type of issues our housekeepers experience is handled through him. Based on the condition of your home, we felt it was our responsibility to report the issues for the safety of anyone living there. We were also concerned with the well being of our housekeepers as they were cleaning up matter beyond what they should typically clean. We have gone out of our way to do extra things for your family. We took time out of our day to shop and purchase new trash cans and liners as the others were greatly contaminated. In regards to the “D” rating for pricing, based on the jobs performed in your home over the last several years, we have charged much less than we should be charging. We were greatly disappointed to see your negative review for Green Angel. When we make a mistake, we are the first to admit to it. However, in this case, our business (including our housekeepers), have done everything possible to ensure a successful relationship. In the beginning before the company grew, they were great. The bigger the company got the less quality of work was being done.
"Hi [member name removed], Thank you for taking the time to review our business. I am a little surprised and disappointed by this review but respect your decision to post your opinions. I felt we developed a great business relationship with you. I know there were a couple of issues over the years, however, we stepped in and corrected them right away. In regards to your floors, I am 100% confident our company did not damage them. When William (our Client Relations Manager) and I came to your home to inspect the floors, we demonstrated our products (Simply Floored made by Better Life) and how there would be no way they could hard them. Your linoleum stick tile floors were installed over 20 years ago. The damage was in the exact spot where you sit in your kitchen chair that is on wheels. We even offered to call your Landlord and encourage him to replace the flooring for you since you have lived there for such a length of time and they have made no updates to your home. While we were at your home, you mentioned the bathtub was not cleaned thoroughly. We had our products with us so we offered to clean the tub. The stains you had mentioned could not be removed. This is again, based on the age of the bathtub and set in stains. There are updates that should be made to your home by your Landlord, including the blinds. They are the old aluminum blinds that were manufactured in the 1970's. You mentioned to us that you left our business because you had a home health care company who would be taking care of the cleaning needs. William ended the conversation stating that if you ever needed assistance with anything (even outside our cleaning needs), to never hesitate to call us. He was genuine with his offer and there aren't too many businesses who would offer such a gesture. Yes, we have made a few errors over the years, however, we have always stepped in and offered solutions. We changed out the Team Leader you didn't like and rearranged Val's schedule so you could specifically have her take care of your home. I am sorry you were not happy with our service in the end. "Hi [member name removed], Thank you so much for taking the time to review Green Angel Cleaning Services. We appreciate you mentioning the high level of service our housekeepers provided. We have a very extensive training program to ensure all of our employees are taught the same level of detail our clients expect. I am very sorry we could not meet your expectations with having the same Team Members. I put a little research into the matter so I could respond accordingly. We first cleaned your home on October 28th. On November 5th, we sent you a reminder advising the team would be coming on November 6th for a maintenance cleaning. When the team arrived, no one was home to let them in, so we had to reschedule the visit. After that, we both agreed November 12th would work for the make-up visit. When rescheduling cleanings, it is difficult to send the exact same team due to it being a different day. After that cleaning, our holiday schedule caused conflicts with keeping the same Team Members at your following two visits. With the extra busy schedule as well as employee vacation requests, we did find challenges sending the same housekeepers to your home. Knowing how important keeping the same team members was to you, we should have definitely notified you ahead of time that we were having conflicts with our schedule. Earlier this year, we put a better plan in place to help keep the consistency with our Team Members. The system seems to be working great and it has helped our business as a whole. We are happy you were able to find a service that better fits your needs. If anything ever changes, we would great appreciate and welcome the opportunity to take care of your home again.
