When I get the glass home, and notice it needs a little off in one place or another, (my measuring is sometimes off) I just take it back and usually there is no charge to tweek it a little. They do everything they can to make it a pleasant experience

After having problem with another glass installer, we phoned Gravois and their rep arrived within the next 2 hours. He removed the existing pane, measured the new and installed the new glass onto the door. Type of glass was laminated, 1/4and quot; thick and the installation was done most professionally and without any mess or clean up required. Touch up, if any, would only be for the nail holes securing the framing.
We would not hesitate to phone this company again with any glass/window problems.

I don't remember the exact dates or prices, but they were easy to deal with, gave me an estimate over the phone, showed up on time, and did a great job on both repair and cleanup. What more could you ask for? Solid work.

They got me a price over the phone, scheduled me quickly, and did great work and cleanup. I had previously hired them on 4/30/10 to replace the glass in two basement windows ($219), and had a great experience with them then, too.
