Sebastian is very knowledgeable in house construction methods and materials, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, foundations, etc. He is always ready to share this information with his customer. He is also an experienced real-estate agent, knows the market, the law and ins-and-outs of the purchase contract and its contingencies. He is dependable, very punctual and responsive. The inspector and the title company he chose for my purchase were very professional and helpful. I focus on the material aspects of the home I am considering and not on emotional aspects. I also like to have as much information as possible before making a decision. Sebastian is a very good fit for this type of home buyer.
