Very responsive to the customer's needs. Has good recommendations to suggest for projects.
I find the owner Ken Gideon honest, has integrity, and honors his commitments. His work crew are persons who have been with him for a while, although one of them left to start his own business and has been replaced by a newer person. They know their trade.
They are neat clean up at the end of the day (important to wife!), and personable. We feel safe when they are in the house.
The owner checks on the progress of the work and generally inspects to assure sure everything is installed/done properly.
The cost may be a little more than what one could obtain from the big box stores, but the integrity and commitment to quality is what Ken and his company exemplify.
