EXCELLENT WORK, WELL DONE, NO ISSUES. THE PAINT FIRST USED FOR THE OLD WOOD FLOOR AND JOISTS OVERHEAD WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE CONTRACTOR, SO HE REDID THAT PAINTING WITH A BETTER PRODUCT AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. THE STONE WALLS REQUIRED SIGNIFICANT PREPARATION, INCLUDING REMOVAL OF OLD, LOOSE PAINT, FILLING CRACKS, AND APPLYING NEW GROUT FILLER TO BRICK JOINTS.
