They processed my closing when I sold my house in March of 2014. Neither the buyer nor me had an agent and both of us were first time buyer/seller. So both of us knew a very little about the process and were very confused. But Gateway Tittle staff Brenda, Mollie and Nancy took an outstanding care of both of us. Mollie referred the buyer to a great real estate attorney who drew up the sales contract for a very reasonable price on a very timely manner and high quality! Brenda processes all the HUDs and everything else in a very courteous and professional manner. Nancy facilitated the day of closing and all the signature very nicely! all in all was a great, smooth and pleasant experience! I found Gateway very trustworthy and transparent, I would definitely do business with them again!
