They came and put on my new roof, including insulation. By February I had to have them come back out because the ceiling in my kitchen had collapsed due to water damage from leaks in the roof. They sent a subcontractor, Jason, to fix it. He went up there for about an hour with another guy. Jason said he fixed the coping tile. We had to wait until the next rain to see if the fixes helped. Water was still leaking and was visible from the inside. I tried contacting Melvin almost every day after that. He kept saying that he was really busy because of the disaster in Joplin. He said that he would check on the tiles and see how much they were and what he could do for me. Afterwwards, he called back that the damage was to the shingles and caused by weather so he wouldn't help. There was no debris that I could see, the storm was not bad enough to do that much damage to the roof. This company has me very nervous now. I'm not sure how they got my contact information in the first place since they solicited me for the new roof. Each time they come out there is a new crew of men that seem questionable in nature.
