Jeff arrived at the appointed time. Not only did he do a wonderful job cleaning and servicing my vent-less gas logs but he educated me on quiet a few things I didn't know about my gas logs and caring for them. My fireplace is 7 years old and now looks as good as it did the day it was installed. I'll be using Gas Works to service my gas logs in the future. It's nice to find someone that really knows their trade.

Jeff was able to identify right away that the problem was that both fireplaces were so dirty that the pilot wouldn't light. He cleaned both fireplaces really good making them look like new.

He was so good and so courteous! He made a special effort to come today before the big storm comes in, which I really appreciated! He is a good guy and a very nice man! He cleaned everything up and did a wonderful job!
