Took 2 weeks to complete. Was quoted $60 by someone in there office. Called several other companies and got quotes from $120 - $165. So we went with Gartland. Took then two weeks to do the test and install a small valve. Got the bill. It was $225 with a $35 truck charge (owner said it was because they sent a truck out). Would not honor the original quote or even negotiate. The owner call my fiance a liar and called me a loser. This kind of company is one who will give a false quote verbally and then charge a lot of money and threaten you if you don't pay. Extortion. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! There are a lot of reputable ones out there so keep looking! And they are all less expensive and quicker.

Gartland was very professional and took time to explain the computerized control system. They also provide us with a record keeping system so we can keep track of all the settings.
