Fantastic. They promised me they would keep me informed of the progress and they did. Completed the work 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Very professional in the way the whole process was handled. Would definitely recommend them!!!

Arrived early for a 6:30 pm appointment to find a note on the door saying they were closed due to power outage. It was easy to read the note because all of the signage and a light inside the business were on. Waited until appointment time, but nobody showed up. No call to let us know that they couldn't  honor their appointment, no call to apologize for it either. People who treat others like this are garbage as far as I'm concerned. We will never even consider using this business in the future. No chance. We stay as far away from garbage as we can. We suggest everyone else does too.

They performed all services in a timely manner. Repaired hood looks and quot;good as newand quot;. Buffing of scrapes on bumper greatly improved appearance. We knew it would still be a little visible, but didn't want to pay for a total repair. Buffing was a very cost effective solution and we were pleased with the results.

My experience with Gapsch Carstar Collision Center was outstanding! From the minute I walked through their door, I was treated personally and professionally. The Customer Service representative welcomed me immediately and introduced me to my personal Claims Examiner. The Claims Examiner was friendly and very professional as he thoroughly inspected the damage done to my vehicle. At each step, the Claims Examiner told me what parts needed to be ordered and what the extent of my damage was going to be. The inspection for my vehicle took less than 20 minutes to complete and all the associated claims paperwork was handled in another ten minutes (under 30 minutes total).
The work on my vehicle was scheduled for the following week and I was informed the work would take 4-5 business days to complete. During the week of the repair, I received a follow up phone call from my Claims Examiner who informed me that the work on my vehicle was going as planned and that I would be able to pick my car up on the day it was promised. When I picked up my car, the my Claims Examiner showed me the repair work that was completed and we made I final inspection of my car. The final paperwork took less than two minutes to complete, and I was on my way back home.
In my opinion, this organization is effectively and efficiently well run. Very professional. This is, by far, the most pleasant customer service experience I have ever had. I have no reservations in recommending Gapsch Carstar Collision Center to anyone who needs vehicle collision repair work done.

They did an excellent job. You couldn't even tell that any work was done. They are honest, straightforward people. They do what they say they are going to do.

From my initial contact I said that all I wanted was the hood and the bumper repaired. I called her a week or two later to get the estimate for the hood and the bumper. I went up there October 9 th to make sure I was on the schedule and to make sure it was clear all I wanted the hood and the bumper repaired. Then I dropped the car off on the 10th and said the same thing. Then she called me this past Tuesday to tell me the car would be ready the next day. They ended up repairing all the issues with my car, when I told them numerous times all I wanted was the hood and the bumper repaired. Now they are telling me that I have signed the authorization for them to repair the entire car, and agreed to the pricing. I contacted my insurance company about this issue. The insurance company told me to pay the charge with my credit card and then contest the charge. Now Gapsch is making me pay with a cashier's check to release my car. They are essentially holding my car hostage.

Our experience with Gapsch Carstar was great. With minimal waiting we were able to get an on the spot estimate without an appointment. We were presented with options for the repair and were informed how each would affect the cost of the repair. We were given a print estimate, the part was ordered we were promptly called to set up an appointment for the repair when the part came in. Everything went smoothly. We delivered the car to Gapsch Carstar late on a Wednesday afternoon and it was ready for pickup on Friday. Because of work hours, we appreciated that they have several nights per week where they are open later than 5:00 p.m. The work was well done and we really felt as though they had done everything possible to accommodate our needs. As an added bonus they even buffed out a paint scrape that had been on our door handle for more than a year! Since we paid for the repair out of pocket, we did not go through the process of having an insurance claim filed and don't have anything to report on that process. Our overall impression was that we were important and they did everything possible to make sure the whole process from start to finish was pleasant and to our satisfaction. We would recommend them to our friends!

The experience was very good. Everyone was prompt and courteous, and I was very pleased with the finished product. I even enjoyed a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie while waiting the short time for the appraisal of my damage.

Overall things went very well. After getting the estimate from our insurance adjuster, I called Gapsch Carstar and got an appointment for the next evening for them to look at the damage and give me a time estimate on repairs. After agreeing on the work to be done I got an appointment for the following week for them to begin the body work. Unfortunately, after removing the front bumper they found more damage than our insurance adjuster could see. Gapsch contacted my insurance and arranged for them to come and look at the extra damage and get the additional repairs approved. When I picked up the car, the paperwork was very minimal and did not take long at all. I was able to look at and approve of the work done on the car before paying. The extra work that had to be done was billed directly to my insurance and was already paid for by the time I came to settle the bill. The car was washed and the interior was vacuumed; I got it back cleaner than when I dropped it off.
