The process started at our home where they made a template of our kitchen countertops. We met at Global Granite where they advised us what size of stone we would need, helped us select the correct size and showed us where they would cut to take advantage of the stone's unique pattern. We went to their office to see the template on the stone and made changes. They delivered the granite and to our surprise they cut the "L" shape in one piece so there are no seams. The hole for the sink was cut on site so that there was no danger of the granite being broken during delivery. They did a great job and were friendly. After we moved in we found the piece behind the stove was not the correct width. They came out and changed it at no charge. Would definitely use them again!!!

The company was responsive and rep. Lisa, incredible, but pricing came in higher than promised, and the final payoff is still to be determined, even though I believe they will be fair.
